Privacy policy

The short version: I collect the email and the one answer you give me, use them only to send what you asked for and to follow up, and never sell your data. The detail is below.

1. Who we are

Resolve Reward ("we", "us") is a UK reward consultancy run by Vitek Sobr. Resolve Reward is a trading name of Keystone Management Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website (resolvereward.co.uk). Questions or requests about your data: vitek@resolvereward.co.uk.

Our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is in progress and not yet complete. We hold ourselves to UK GDPR either way, and this page describes exactly what we do with your data.

2. What we collect

Only what you hand over through a form, plus the basics that come with any web request:

  • Your email address.
  • The single answer to the one qualifying question on the form (for example, your payroll size or your biggest pay headache).
  • Which download you requested, and whether you ticked the optional marketing box (and when).
  • Standard technical data sent by your browser with the submission (such as your browser type). Our hosting provider also processes your IP address to serve the site securely.
  • If you book a call, the details you enter into the booking calendar (name, email, anything you add to the notes).

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. The booking calendar on the book page is provided by Cal.com and sets its own functional cookies when it loads; it handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy as well as our instructions.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To send you the tool you asked for and to respond to your enquiry - this is us acting on your request (and our legitimate interest in answering you).
  • To run the call you booked - again, acting on your request.
  • To send occasional reward tips or updates - only if you ticked the optional box. That is consent, and you can withdraw it anytime.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the service:

  • Kit (Kit, Inc., formerly ConvertKit, United States) - stores your email address, the answer you gave on the form and which download you requested, and sends any emails we send you.
  • Cal.com - runs the booking calendar and calendar invites.
  • Our hosting provider - serves the website.

Each acts on our instructions as a data processor. Kit is based in the United States. Your data is transferred there under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the "UK-US data bridge"), which the UK government recognises as providing adequate protection; where that does not apply we rely on the International Data Transfer Agreement.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as they are useful for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete them - whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or port it elsewhere. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us). To exercise any of these, email vitek@resolvereward.co.uk and we will action it.

If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk - though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

7. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
