The short version: I collect the email and the one answer you give me, use them only to send what you asked for and to follow up, and never sell your data. The detail is below.

Resolve Reward ("we", "us") is a UK reward consultancy run by Vitek Sobr. Resolve Reward is a trading name of Keystone Management Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website (resolvereward.co.uk). Questions or requests about your data: vitek@resolvereward.co.uk.
Our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is in progress and not yet complete. We hold ourselves to UK GDPR either way, and this page describes exactly what we do with your data.
Only what you hand over through a form, plus the basics that come with any web request:
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. When you ask for a free tool, we email you a single-use link to it; the site sets no cookie for this. We keep a record of your request (your email address and your answer, stored encrypted, plus a protected fingerprint of your email address used to find your record if you ask us to see or delete it). We also keep a short record of each link (which tool, when it was sent, when it expires and whether it was used, plus protected fingerprints of the link and your email address). Those fingerprints cannot be used to recover the original link but may be matched against an address by someone with the secret key. Expired link records are removed during later tool requests, once they are more than 7 days old; a quiet period may delay that cleanup. The booking calendar on the book page is provided by Cal.com and sets its own functional cookies when it loads; it handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy as well as our instructions.
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the service:
Kit and Resend may process data in the United States. Their data processing agreements describe Standard Contractual Clauses and UK addenda for international transfers. You can ask us about the safeguards at vitek@resolvereward.co.uk. We will not activate optional Kit marketing until we have reviewed its current transfer arrangements.
Our encrypted tool-request records without confirmed consent have a retention threshold of 30 days, and records with confirmed consent a threshold of two years. A daily scheduled retention purge removes records past those limits, so deletion may follow the deadline by up to a day; new tool requests also trigger cleanup. Single-use link records are removed seven days after expiry. Ask us to erase your record sooner at the address above. Other details are kept only while needed for the purpose above or until you ask us to delete them, subject to legal obligations.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or port it elsewhere. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us). To exercise any of these, email vitek@resolvereward.co.uk and we will action it.
If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk - though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
